There are no open qualifiers here — just invited teams. To me, this is the last test before the Riyadh Masters 2025. Whoever wins PGL Wallachia automatically is a favorite to win EWC. The championship will take place between 2025-06-21 and 2025-06-29. As usual, I am Greg, and welcome to my predictions!

I like NA`VI, especially Copy on mid. I wouldn’t be surprised if they knocked out a Tier 1 team from the group stage.
Let’s split the teams and check who has a higher chance of getting out of the group stage for PGL Wallachia Season 5:
| 1. Team Spirit | 84% | No brainer, Spirit will qualify for playoffs. |
| 2. Tundra Esports | 81% | Tundra is most certainly qualifying for the next stage. |
| 3. Aurora Gaming | 76% | I rate Aurora a little bit ahead of BetBoom for the group stage. I think they throw a little less and are scarier for teams who can’t play late-game. |
4.  BetBoom Team | 68% | BetBoom can throw a game or two just because they are very aggressive. Anyway, there is no chance they will fail to qualify for playoffs. |
| 5. Team Liquid | 58% | I wouldn’t be surprised if Team Liquid is the last team to qualify. |
| 6. Gaimin Gladiators | 53% | Either they will smoke everybody, or they will fail miserably. |
| 7. Xtreme Gaming | 51% | Xtreme is a very weird team. You never know what you will get: a world beater or they lose to AVULUS 2:0 in the most spectacular way. |
| 8. All Gamers Global | 46% | I put them below Xtreme, HOWEVER – I see them as more disciplined than Xtreme, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if they qualify. |
| 9. Nigma Galaxy | 41% | Well, Nigma is Nigma. This means that if SumaiL is in good form I can see them qualify, if not, there is no chance. |
| 10. Edge | 36% | I don’t think EDGE will qualify, however I want to see Parker and Puppey against tier 1 teams. What if they really play better than the first 8? |
| 11. HEROIC | 34% | Dark Horse of the PGL Wallachia Season 5 Group Stage for sure. I don’t know where to put them. |
12.  OG | 27% | OG….I don’t believe they can qualify for the playoffs. |
| 13. Virtus Pro | 22% | Be prepared for some serious throws by Virtus Pro. |
| 14. NA`VI | 15% | This is the first tournament in years where we see NA`VI in action. Can they surprise us? I don’t think so. |
15.  AVULUS | 12% | I have zero hope for AVULUS at the moment. |
| 16 Wildcard | 8% | Needless to say, Wildcard cannot do anything against Tier 1 teams. |
