Welcome back to another Dota2 prediction! Today, I will make Dota2 predictions for PGL Wallachia Season 5 group stage Day 1. Day 1 of the tournament will take place on June 21, 2025. During this stage, all matches are BO3 based on the Swiss system of sixteen teams. The top eight teams advance to playoffs, remaining teams are eliminated. Meaning that every single match is very important. Let’s move to the predictions.

I want to risk it here. I will go for Tundra Esports, but I think Xtreme will take at least one game from Tundra. I can see Ame carrying the team to the win.

What did I tell you? Crystallis just can’t carry this team. Ame on QOP (carry) won the game easily. I am not a Crystallis hater, but you see the things he does in the games – he just feeds.
Predictions (Aurora Gaming vs OG)
OGAurora shall run through OG here. Especially they have a way better laning phase. Not to mention that here we have a big carry diff. As I mentioned earlier in who will win PGL Wallachia Season 5, I rate Aurora very high.

I am very surprised how Aurora lost game 1. Yes, Miksa on Dawnbraker just demolished that safe lane, but still – a very weird loss. Anyway, Aurora won the game – so I’m happy.
Predictions (Team Liquid vs HEROIC)
HeroicPretty much the classical Team Liquid match. They will give at least one map to Heroic. However, I still believe Team Liquid is a better team here.

What? Saber the new carry? That game on the Axe was an absolute thing of beauty. Still, it looks like they have some gaps with Insania missing the group stage, to be honest.
Predictions (BetBoom Team vs EDGE Gaming)
EDGE GamingAs much as I love the BB team, I think Parker and Puppey can take one game. More than that, I think that if it goes to the late-game scenario – EDGE has a slightly better chance of taking at least one map from the BetBoom team.

I think Nigma is just way too strong for NAVI. I don’t think NAVI can take even one game from NIGMA Galaxy.
