DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions

DreamLeague Season 28

DreamLeague Season 28 is the second EPT tournament on the Dota 2 calendar—where depth, endurance, and adaptability separate contenders from champions.

The action begins with Group Stage 1 (February 16–20). Sixteen teams are split into two single round-robin groups of eight, with every matchup played as a two-game series. Only the top four teams from each group move on, while the rest are out.

The pressure intensifies in Group Stage 2 (February 21–27). The remaining eight teams will play in a single round-robin group, this time with all matches played as best-of-three. The top two teams secure a coveted spot in the upper bracket of the playoffs, while 3rd and 4th place advance to the lower bracket. The remaining teams are eliminated.

The tournament concludes with the Playoffs (February 28–March 1), featuring a double-elimination bracket. All matches are best-of-three—except the Grand Final, which is a best-of-five showdown.

As usual, I’m Greg, and this is my prediction.

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (March 1 Finals) 01-03-2026

source: Liquipedia

I would still pick Aurora to win here. Why? I believe that Liquid can’t do these kinds of moves unless Nisha is dismantling the midlane. Guess what? Lorenof will not let him do that. Yes, both teams are really good, but I will give the edge to Aurora Gaming.

Prediction Correct!

Aurora are absolute monsters; I actually thought that Team Liquid would win DreamLeague Season 28. But Aurora defeated them, and they moved to the Grand Finals to face Tundra Esports.

We must go with Tundra here; judging by the whole tournament, we can see that Aurora needs to win mid-game in order to win the map. But how are you going to win against a team that has the exact same playstyle as you? More than that, their carry player (Pure) is way more active than Nightfall.

Prediction Correct!

Tundra Esports is the DreamLeague Season 28 champion! What a game 4 by Tundra; I can’t believe that they turned it around. Imagine that they were losing the whole time, and then Tinker started to be unkillable. By the way, in the whole tournament, Tinker is undefeated. Congrats to Pure, Bzm, 33, Ari, and Whitemon!

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 28 Semifinal) 28-02-2026

source: Liquipedia

Aurora already lost to Xtreme (in the group stage). BUT, I would argue that Aurora is slightly a better team. Xtreme just throws too much; I am not confident at all that they can win this BO3.

Prediction Correct!

As I predicted, Aurora is moving forward. Congratulations to Xtreme on top 4. I am not going to lie, I really love how Lorenof is playing in midlane; I believe that any top-tier team should get him.

I just can’t go against Liquid. Not to mention that Liquid already beat Tundra yesterday. They are the favorite to win the whole thing.

Prediction Wrong!

It looks like Pure~ really wants to win the DreamLeague season 28. This dude was on a rampage in both maps. That SF in game 1, did you see the build? He went Kaya & Yasha on a carry SF, just to be able to fight early.

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 27 Group Stage) 27-02-2026

I simply can’t go against Team Liquid. They are already qualified and didn’t lose even 1 encounter.

Prediction Correct!

No guys, Liquid is looking unstoppable. Even in game 1, Tundra BARELY won, because Team Liquid couldn’t catch Pure.

If BetBoom somehow wins against Aurora, they have a chance to go further. But, based on what we saw in the DreamLeague Season 28, they are able to capitalize on the early mistakes. We are going with Aurora to win.

Prediction Correct!

I feel like BetBoom needs to change something related to the safe lane. Kiritych just feeds too much.

Usually, when these two teams play, the Falcons are the winner. But, without ATF, they are nowhere near their top form. Going with Ame to win.

Prediction Wrong!

Man, what a match! I could watch Xtreme Gaming vs. The Falcons every single day. Back-and-forth games, late-game buybacks, you name it.

PARIVISION and MOUZ have already lost any chance to go further. The funny thing is, they’re both (4-11) in the group stage. I will give the edge to PARIVSION here, just because MOUZ is too unpredictable.

Prediction Correct!

This is the first time PARIVSION has won 2-0. Yes, they won, but I am really disappointed in them.

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 26 Group Stage) 26-02-2026

We’re going with Tundra, no questions asked.

Prediction Correct!

Well, there are levels to this game. Congratulations to Tundra for reaching top 2. Pure is just a better carry.

Imagine the chaos if MOUZ somehow manages to beat Liquid. We’re going with Team Liquid to win easily.

Prediction Correct!

That’s what you call a DK carry. Team Liquid is most likely to win the DreamLeague Season 28.

Aurora should win the match. But I am going to double down on what I said in the whole DreamLeague tournament. If you let Ame into the late game, you’re going to lose. With all being said and done, we’re still going with Aurora to win.

Prediction Wrong!

I hate to say it, but I told you. If you’re going late-game against Ame, you need to be prepared because you’re going to lose.

Ammar is not there to play, so even at their worst possible performance, I believe that PARIVISION can win against the Falcons. I mean, it is not possible for them to lose EVERY single match in the DreamLeague, right?

Prediction Correct!

As I said before, without ATF, it is really hard. Pray that he comes back to play; otherwise, they have zero chances to win anything.

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 25 Group Stage) 25-02-2026

So, BetBoom seems to be on a winning streak (I still can’t believe that they won against PARIVISION). Both of them (Xtreme and BB) have a 2-2 score. Meaning that whoever wins this match will qualify further. I will give the edge to Xtreme Gaming because they have a better late game.

Prediction Correct!

Imagine that BetBoom could’ve won 2-0. But what you need to understand about BB is that these guys can lose the unlosable games. They bought back Gpk and Kiritych and then died at the Xtreme HG.

I am so upset when it comes to PARIVISION; you have no idea. Going with Liquid to stomp them.

Prediction Correct!

You’ve got to be kidding me. Just out of curiosity, do you think PARIVISION will win at least 1 match?

You can see how much the play style has changed when ATF is missing. I believe that Tundra is way more prepared than Falcons in the DreamLeague.

Prediction Correct!

Nah, man, without ATF this isn’t Falcons.

Not much to discuss, going with Aurora.

Prediction Wrong!

Well, it looks like MidOne will disagree with me. I don’t get MOUZ, either. They play like a tier 2 team, or they beat the arguably best team in the DreamLeague (Aurora). How?

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 24 Group Stage) 24-02-2026

It’s so hard to predict this match. On one hand, we have Xtreme, which dismantled PARIVISION. But, on the other hand, we have Tundra that ALMOST won against Aurora. I am going with Tundra to win.

Prediction Correct!

I still don’t understand how PARIVISION lost to Xtreme yesterday. Tundra just ragdolled Xtreme in both maps.

I am going with PARIVISION to win (this is the last time). I still believe that PARIVISION is a way better team.

Prediction Wrong!

No comment, PARIVISION is going home.

I’m going with the Falcons, even though Ammar is not playing because he has some eye problems. We can’t go with MOUZ after what we saw yesterday; they threw 2 games against BB.

Prediction Correct!

Is that skitter on carry? Jesus Christ, this is the first time I’ve seen him playing 20-0 on carry.

Whoever wins this match is most likely to win the DreamLeague Season 28. I am going to go with Aurora, just because of how well they played against Tundra Esports.

Prediction Wrong!

Soooo close… Aurora could’ve won if Nightfall hadn’t died in that team fight.

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 23 Group Stage) 23-02-2026

This is the weirdest match that we have in the DreamLeague. I will go with MOUZ, but it’s really tricky.

Prediction Wrong!

You can’t make this up. Two maps, same issues, MidOne just fed everywhere. I do not believe in MOUZ in the DreamLeague.

PARIVISION is 0-4 (which is insane). And now, they need to fight a team that will always go to the late game. I will go with PARIVISION to win, because otherwise they have everything to lose if they somehow throw these games against Ame.

Prediction Wrong!

Wow… Is PARIVISION out of the DreamLeague Season 28?

There is no doubt in my mind that Aurora shall win. But man, I have this weird feeling that 33 will pull some cheesy draft against them and can win. However, we’re going full-on with Aurora.

Prediction Correct!

I want to cry. I can’t believe how Aurora won that game 3; it’s unbelievable. If you’d told me 6 months ago that I’d see Nightfall playing like this, I would’ve said that you are insane.

No-brainer, we’re going with Team Liquid.

Prediction Correct!

Little did we know that ATF would miss the match and SaberLight would join as a stand-in. My brother SaberLight fed like a lunatic. So, he had a combined kill/death (0-15). That’s why we love him.

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 22 Group Stage) 22-02-2026

I’m going to go with MOUZ to win. I don’t know, Xtreme always beats the competition in the group stage (at least the first days), and then they are on a losing streak.

Prediction Wrong!

Why do I do that? Why do I always trust Crystallis? Is there something wrong with me? In what reality could Ame have lost to Crystallis? I can’t believe that I gave my prediction to MOUZ.

Tundra doesn’t look to me as stable as they usually look. Even yesterday against MOUZ, they were pretty close to losing the map. I believe PARIVISION has the playstyle to beat Tundra in the DreamLeague Season 28.

Prediction Wrong!

That was unexpected. Two times they picked this WR carry, and they lost both maps.

I don’t like BetBoom’s playstyle at all. Something is happening inside the team, and they will lose this game to Liquid.

Prediction Correct!

It was just sad to watch. Liquid is miles ahead of BetBoom in the DreamLeague season 28.

If PARIVISION couldn’t beat them yesterday, Aurora is on a whole different level right now. I can’t believe how coordinated and how good they look. Listen, you can say whatever you want, but Kaori and Lorenof MUST stay on this team. Falcons will not be able to pressure Aurora in the early game.

Prediction Correct!

I am still shocked at how good Aurora is.

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 21 Group Stage) 21-02-2026

I am going to give the edge to Team Liquid. The gap in the midlane (between Nisha and NTS) is just too big.

Prediction Correct!

I hate to say it, but I told you. There is no way to win against Team Liquid unless you dominate the mid-lane, and NTS can’t do that.

If Tundra doesn’t pick a Puck carry for Pure, I believe they should run through MOUZ.

Prediction Correct!

Tundra won, and I’m happy, but to be honest, they don’t look scary at all.

Aurora is on this insane streak, but I still favor PARIVSION to win this BO3. I am going to double down on what I said at the beginning of the DreamLeague, that SSS is a better fit in PARI than DM. Going with PARIVISION to win.

Prediction Wrong!

Nope, Aurora is just too good.

BetBoom knocked out OG from the DreamLeague season 28, but it doesn’t change the fact that they are not in their best form. As much as I don’t like the Falcons’ playstyle lately, I’m still picking them to win easily against BB.

Prediction Correct!

Kiritych~ on his Abbadon had 10k net worth in 27 minutes. You can’t play like this (0-9) on a hero that simply doesn’t die and then pray that Gpk~ will carry you on his Invoker.

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 20 Group Stage) 20-02-2026

First of all, I can’t believe how bad BetBoom played against OG. Second of all, OG showed a ton of heart, and I believe that they will win AGAIN against OG.

Prediction Wrong!

I swear to God I knew it; I even posted it before the match. I said that Aurora might throw 1 map because they are already qualified….. And guess what happened? Nightfall built a PIPE on the Razor. 🙁

Aurora is already qualified for phase 2; Yandex is going home. But the issue that I’m having is that Aurora might pick some testing strats and lose a game to Yandex. However, based on what we’ve seen until now, we’re still going with Aurora.

Prediction Wrong!

I swear to God I knew it; I even posted it before the match. I said that Aurora might throw 1 map because they are already qualified….. And guess what happened? Nightfall built a PIPE on the Razor. 🙁

This game has the most money on the table. So, OG MUST win 2-0 against BetBoom so they could have a chance for phase 2. BetBoom, on the other hand, needs just 1 map from OG, and they are qualified. We’re going with a draw.

Prediction Wrong!

Horror…absolutely devastated. OG lost to BetBoom 2-1.

2 O

Pain Gaming PaiN Gaming

Not even going to comment; Liquid shall win convincingly with a 2-0.

Prediction Correct!

Nisha stole the build from Ame: 🙂 half magic SF and half physical damage. Congratulations to Team Liquid.

2 O

YB dota2 teamYakult Brothers

Going with Satanic to outfarm Flyfly 2x.

Prediction Correct!

I told you 🙂 Satanic did outfarm FlyFly more than 2x. PARIVSION is most likely the favorite to win DreamLeague Season 28. SSS rampage at 13 minute mark 🙂

We must go with a draw. Because Tundra has some issues against 5-man late-game teams (like Xtreme/Falcons). And based on that data, Tundra lost one map to Xtreme; it’s safe to say that Falcons will take a map from Tundra.

Prediction Wrong!

Puck carry for Pure… If that wasn’t enough, he also played a 2023 Void Spirit carry. I don’t get it; why would they test something like this?

Xtreme needs this win more than ever. But I believe that they can’t swipe MOUZ with a 2-0. Going with a draw.

Prediction Correct!

I still can’t understand how MOUZ is winning these games, but they took a map from Xtreme.

2 O

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

Again, if Spirit doesn’t win with a clean 2-0, they’re going home. Yatoro will win 1×9.

Prediction Wrong!

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

2 O

Execration Execration

It’s the same thing for Na’Vi; they must win 2-0, period.

Prediction Correct!

Even with a 2-0 win, Na’Vi is out of the DreamLeague Season 28. So sad…

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 19 Group Stage) 19-02-2026

I don’t like at all how Yandex is playing in this DreamLeague. PARISVISION is way more prepared, and I believe this will be an easy walk.

Prediction Wrong!

I am pretty sure that Yandex won just because of spite. Where was this kind of gameplay 2 days ago? Where was this unbeatable Storm mid from CHIRA_JUNIOR?

I know what you’re thinking: “Greg, are you insane?” Are you really going for a draw here? Well, BetBoom has some momentum (after yesterday’s 4-0). So, I believe they will steal a map from Liquid.

Prediction Correct!

Ok, here I will admit that it was pure luck for BetBoom. But still, we won the prediction, and we’re going further.

Aurora 2-0. I can’t think of a way for OG to win the game against them. I already lost 3 predictions because I didn’t trust them. More than that, in the Fissure Universe 8, I also picked Spirit to win. Guess what happened.

Prediction Correct!

I don’t get it… why people don’t ban this WR. Yesterday it was exactly the same issue. I understand that Lorenof solo carried Aurora, but still. Even if it didn’t happen, how would you kill that Nightfall WR?

Pain Gaming PaiN Gaming

1 1

YB dota2 teamYakult Brothers

They’re both out of the DreamLeague, and from my perspective, they are on the same level (PaiN with Smiling Knight). If Parker were there, I would’ve gone with YB. A draw is the safe method here.

Prediction Wrong!

What a throw by PaiN Gaming… They could’ve won game 2 easily. But my man DarkMago decided that he wants to go back home. Mind you, he also had BKB and Satanic and didn’t press any button.

I will go with an assumption that Spirit will come 2x more prepared because if they don’t take at least 1 map from Team Falcons, they are going home. Let’s go with a draw.

Prediction Correct!

I swear to God, Yatoro is 1 vs. 9. If he can’t win alone, there is no chance for Team Spirit to win. And yes, Team Spirit is OUT of DreamLeague Season 28.

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

1 1

A draw (1:1) or narrow edge for NAVI is a reasonable expectation, but either team could win a map or the whole series. Still going with a draw.

Prediction Wrong!

How do they win…? I don’t get it. It’s time to take MOUZ more seriously. MOUZ Esports is at the top of Group B.

2 O

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

Well, I might be biased here, of course, but I will never go against Ame in a match like this.

Prediction Wrong!

I am really upset at Xtreme. When you are losing the mid every single time (NTS), even WR can’t win the match. RCY absolutely destroyed the mid lane. Even in game 2, where Xtreme won, RCY still bullied NTS on mid (and mind you, it was a RAZOR against the SF!!!).

2 O

Execration Execration

You know what I saw? Execration can’t play against a 5-man team. Somehow, they can’t break the mid-lane, so I will go with Tundra to win.

Prediction Correct!

Nahh, this is what skill diff looks like. You see, the problem is not even the skill, but the experience. In drafts, in early and so on. They try so hard to pick this Kunkka every time, and it does nothing.

OG already lost 3-0 against Liquid in the BLAST SLAM VI. We’re going with Liquid to win.

Prediction Correct!

It looks like Liquid is some kind of Achilles heel for OG. How many times can you lose to the same team? They are 0-5 in the last 5 days.

Honestly? I put a draw here because it’s Aurora. BUT, to me, PARIVISION is a way better team overall. It’s a best of 2, so we’re going a safe road.

Prediction Correct!

Why do I have this feeling that the winner of DreamLeague Season 28 will be either PARIVISION or Aurora?

1 1

Pain Gaming PaiN Gaming

What are the chances that Yandex will throw a map? From what we saw? Pretty big, going with a draw.

Prediction Wrong!

No Comment. Yandex is going home.

2 O

YB dota2 teamYakult Brothers

Funny thing, BetBoom always destroys teams that don’t farm as much as they do. Going with a 2-0 sweep by BetBoom.

Prediction Correct!

What did I tell you? If you are a team that can’t farm as much as they do, you’re doomed to lose.

1-1? No question asked? Usually the Falcons win this, but I am too subjective.

Prediction Correct!

Xtreme took that map 2 just because Team Falcons thought that Omniknight is a good carry pick for Skiter.

1 1

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

Based on the latest data that I have, Tundra ALWAYS throws a game vs. Na’Vi. We’re going with a draw.

Prediction Wrong!

Funny how NA’VI always give this Kez away and end up losing 2-0. I guess they wanted to play Ursa 2 times and somehow neg diff Tundra.

2 O

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

Let’s risk it here; let’s go with MOUZ.

Prediction Wrong!

Weirdest game ever. The funny thing is, if MidOne loses the lane, MOUZ loses the game.

2 O

Execration Execration

I would be in shock if Spirit doesn’t win this 2-0.

Prediction Correct!

With this 2-0 win from Spirit, they have a small chance to get out of the group stage.

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 18 Group Stage) 18-02-2026

BetBoom looks completely lost, but now they need this win ASAP, or they are out of the DreamLeague. Yandex is in the same situation (they are 0-4), and I believe this will end up in a draw.

Prediction Wrong!

No comment. Yandex is going home.

So, in this match, it will be decided who is the best team in the DreamLeague Season 28. Liquid and PARIVISION look on a completely different level than the other teams. I can’t go with any of them to win; I will put a draw here, but it is risky.

Prediction Correct!

As I predicted, it’s a draw. I am just surprised that Liquid made this choice to go with a Batrider carry against PARIVISION. And guess what? IT WORKED!

Pain Gaming PaiN Gaming

O 2

OG

News flash! Parker is out of PaiN Gaming in the DreamLeague. I can’t believe this, guys. Man, this kid had EVERY SINGLE opportunity to be a tier 1 carry, and he screwed every one of them. Smiling Knight is a stand-in for PaiN. Even Miracle can’t save these dudes; going with OG to win

Prediction Wrong!

LOOOOOOOOOOL, PaiN Gaming even received a default loss in game 1, and OG still managed to lose game 2. Smiling Knight is a stand-in, so we can clearly say that the problem was Parker.

2 O

YB dota2 teamYakult Brothers

We can’t go against Aurora; I believe this is an easy 2-0 for Nightfall.

Prediction Correct!

Yeah guys, Aurora is really strong. Nightfall joining the fights at minute 7, insane! When was the last time when you saw Nightfall farming heroes and not creeps?

1 1

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

Man, Spirit looks so bad… I will be surprised if they win 2 maps against Na’Vi. Going with a draw.

Prediction Correct!

Barely, and I mean BARELY. Team Spirit won the second map just for the simple fact that Puck had a massive advantage on mid starting from minute 7. I highly doubt this will work against a team like the Falcons.

MOUZ looks surprisingly decent in the DreamLeague. They have 2 draws, against Spirit and Tudra. But, there is a big BUT… Falcons will not let you run through them in the mid-to-late game. Based on what we have seen until now, Falcons shall win with a 2-0.

Prediction Wrong!

Ladies and Gentlemen, here it is: the upset of the DreamLeague season. 28. How in the world did the Falcons lose BOTH games against MOUZ? Maybe I was a little bit too harsh on MOUZ from the beginning, because they played like a tier 2 stack in the BLAST SLAM VI.

2 O

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

We will go with Tundra to win the match, but mark my words: if they pick AGAIN some wannabe QOP carry, they will lose.

Prediction Correct!

GL wanted to bait Tundra with the same carry pick from Xtreme. But Yamsun is no Ame. Congrats to Tundra Esports.

2 O

Execration Execration

Palos looked impressive against GL today, but this is Xtreme; there’s no chance for Execration. Ame will ragdoll Palos.

Prediction Correct!

I told you, easy 2 games by Xtreme. The only thing that I am surprised about is that Xtreme closed both maps in 27 minutes; usually they drag all the games to late-game.

What a match to see… Probably the best match of the entire DreamLeague. Imagine, OG has the early game, no questions asked. However, if the game goes past 25 minutes, PARIVISION will outfarm OG and choke them. I love OG, but I’m going with PARI to win.

Prediction Correct!

We really love OG, but PARIVISION is a completely different beast. OG was sooooo close in map 2, but Natsumi screwed up and died after buyback.

2 absolute monsters are fighting for the top 1 spot in the group stage. We can’t determine a winner here; we’re going with a draw.

Prediction Wrong!

Wow…Aurora won 2-0. If you see that Nightfall absolutely destroys you with Windrunner, why don’t you ban that WR in map 2? Did you think something would change?

Pain Gaming PaiN Gaming

O 2

Either I am a hater of PaiN Gaming, or they are really nowhere near DreamLeague’s level. Imagine this: BetBoom is a team that can lose unlosable matches, and I’m still picking them to win.

Prediction Correct!

0-15 clock (Scofield), that’s my man! BetBoom bounced back today; they are 4-0 after a 0-4 from yesterday. Congratulations.

YB dota2 teamYakult Brothers

O 2

Nope, Yandex is just way above YB. They might throw a match or 2 against top-tier teams, but in this specific match, I’m going with them to win.

Prediction Wrong!

Well, Yandex should pack their things and go back home. You can’t have this kind of performance in the DreamLeague. I mean, why in the world would you pick this Kez for Watson if you know he is a heavy farmer?

I have a hard time believing in Spirit guys, I don’t know. I will put here a draw, just for the simple fact that Tundra isn’t in the best form as well.

Prediction Wrong!

How is that even possible? Where is the scary Team Spirit in the late game? How can they throw the match with AM? I am in disbelief.

2 O

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

Based on what we saw yesterday, I’m going with Xtreme. I believe that in late-game scenarios they are ruthless.

Prediction Wrong!

What the hell… NAVI is some kind of Kryptonite for Xtreme or something?

2 O

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

2-0 for the Falcons. Even if Skiter feeds 1000 times, Team Falcons will still win this.

Prediction Wrong!

Well, Skiter did feed 1000 times on his Naga. When I need RCY to win, he plays like a 4 midlaner. When I predict the other team to win, he just runs around with a 13-0 puck.

1 1

Execration Execration

I’m impressed by how good Execration looked, to be honest. I’m going with a draw here.

Prediction Wrong!

I should be impressed that MOUZ is top of the group.

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 17 Group Stage) 17-02-2026

What a tricky match. Liquid won BLAST SLAM VI (very convincingly from my POV). But, there is a big but…they lost the match against Team Yandex in the group stage. So, I want to be safe here and am going with a draw.

Prediction Wrong!

This Liquid seems unstoppable; what a comeback in game 2. I never expected that Watson could lose on his Ursa when they were ahead like 10k by 25 minutes. Wow, creeps destroyed Yandex’s throne….What a close game 🙁

Pain Gaming PaiN Gaming

O 2

I’m putting a 2-0. Don’t even think about believing Parker and his squad. Jesus Christ, I am still mad at them from yesterday. More than that, Aurora is on a 20-game win streak. And they are the champions of the Fissure Universe 8.

Prediction Correct!

What a clown game. I understand that Aurora is way above Parker and his squad. But still, PaiN Gaming looks like a tier 2 stack.

OG

2 O

YB dota2 teamYakult Brothers

YB can pull out something cheesy. Because now, they have a very solid midlaner. But still I’m going with my boys from OG. I believe that FlyFly can’t handle the early pressure and will most likely feed a LOT.

Prediction Correct!

20-minute games. OG looks really sharp against teams that don’t have any early game. Yopaj absolutely styled on MooN.

2 O

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

NAVI got top 2 in BLAST SLAM VI, but it doesn’t change the fact that Falcons are still a way better team. The only question is: Can NA’VI take 1 map from Falcons or not? I don’t believe so; we’re going with the Falcons to win.

Prediction Correct!

I hate to say it, but I told you. Team Falcons always picks 3 strength heroes and then outfarms you. I knew that NA’VI would lose, because Falcons are the better version of Falcons playing from behind.

1 1

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

Spirit lost to Xtreme in such a manner that I don’t want to go with them. But, on the other hand, we have MOUZ, which will throw left and right. What should we do here? I think we’re going with a draw.

Prediction Correct!

Pfff, what was that? Spirit could’ve won the second game, but nooo, they needed to fight a 3V5 in a Mars arena. Something is really wrong with Spirit, and I hope that they can bounce back.

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

1 1

Execration Execration

Funny thing, Gamer Legion ALWAYS plays really well on the first day of the group stage. And they are stacked against Execration from SEA. I believe that RCY should win 1 game pretty convincingly and then just throw the second one.

Prediction Wrong!

Jesus Christ… Execration bullied GL in both maps. Palos outfarmed Yamsun by over 15k. Why in the world do I always trust RCY?

OG

1 1

We can’t risk it here, going with a draw. Noticed is also back on the squad for Yandex.

Prediction Wrong!

Oooook, OG is again on fire. Somehow, Yandex still managed to throw game 2.

We saw what PARI did against PaiN Gaming yesterday. Now, I’m starting to believe that benching DM was a good idea. We must go with PARIVISION to win.

Prediction Correct!

I really LOVE watching PARIVISION play. And now, I understand why they changed DM. Do you see the play style difference? They’re playing way more aggressively. I also need to take a jab at BetBoom: WHY in the world would you pick this SF carry for Kiritych? Does he look like Yatoro to you?

2 O

YB dota2 teamYakult Brothers

2-0 incoming for Liquid.

Prediction Correct!

The skill gap is just too big. Liquid is on another stratosphere compared to YB.

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

1 1

Xtreme Gaming

I am going with a draw. But if Tundra delays the game, Ame will destroy them in both games. You can’t go late-game against Ame; it’s a known fact!

Prediction Correct!

This has got to be THE BEST game of the DreamLeague season 28. Comeback after comeback, racks after racks, this is just beautiful Dota. Ame won after he bought the rapier. He just didn’t have the damage to kill Sven without it. More than that, this is the first time we see that NTS has an impact in the mid-to-late game.

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

O 2

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

I love RCY and all that, but I think NA’VI has a ton of momentum right now. Fast Dota isn’t scary for them, because they always play from the back foot. Going with NAVI to win.

Prediction Correct!

Good job, Na’Vi. I see that they are also starting to play with Largo. From my POV, Largo needs to be nerfed; it is just too OP with Aghs.

Execration Execration

We must go with Falcons to win. Imagine that they lost the game in BLAST SLAM against Liquid (3-2). And then Liquid took the whole championship. I don’t think Execration has any chance of a draw, let alone a win against Falcons.

Prediction Correct!

When you have this kind of support in your team, it is just so easy to play. Jesus Christ, Sneyking almost had the same net worth on his Mirana as Palos on his Gyro.

DreamLeague Season 28 Predictions (February 16 Group Stage) 16-02-2026

Pain Gaming PaiN Gaming

A bold prediction, I think it could end in a draw. I know that PARIVISION is a way stronger team, as they got a top 3 in the DreamLeague Season 27. BUT, they just changed their POS3 (DM) with SSS, so we don’t really know their playstyle.

Prediction Wrong!

Man, what is wrong with me? Did I seriously think that Parker could show something on the LAN? OMG, this was one of the most one-sided matches I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m in disbelief at how bad PaiN Gaming looked against PARIVISION.

Xtreme Gaming

We’ve already seen this match in the BLAST SLAM VI. Xtreme absolutely dismantled Spirit. BUT, it was a BO1; in a BO2, I think Spirit can take 1 map from Ame. For this to happen, they need Mirele to win 1 lane against NTS. We’re going for a draw.

Prediction Wrong!

What is going on… Man, Spirit needs to go back to Larl and beg him to come back. At least in game 2 there were some chances for Spirit to come back, but still you can’t always play from behind. Something needs to change in Team Spirit….

What a match… I would’ve put a 2-0 for Aurora, but now they will play with Mikoto instead of Lorenof. So, we need to see how Mikoto handles the midlane first. BetBoom looked really bad in the last DreamLeague. Well, it looks like Lorenof is back. We must go with Aurora.

Prediction Correct!

I am really happy that Aurora won. FYI, to me Lorenof is a way better midlaner than Mikoto (at least for this specific team). But, oh my God, how terrible BetBoom looked in both matches.

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

I don’t believe at all in MOUZ. We’re going with a 2-0 sweep by Tundra.

Prediction Wrong!

No comment; pick more QOP carry for Pure.

Really rough day for me, to be honest. It looks like the BO2 format (specific to DreamLeague) is the worst thing that can happen. Who in the world expected that Tundra would lose a map to MOUZ?
