BLAST Slam VI Predictions

BLAST Slam VI

BLAST Slam VI is a quick and intense event on the Dota 2 calendar—there’s no time to ease into it.

From February 3 to 5, 12 teams face off in a best-of-one round-robin during the group stage. The top two teams get a direct spot in the semifinals, while teams ranked 3rd to 8th head to the play-in. The bottom four aren’t out yet—they get a second chance in the Last Chance Playoff.

Between February 6 and 8, the Play-In and Last Chance Playoff matches are best-of-three. Only the winners move on to the quarterfinals, and the rest are knocked out.

The tournament wraps up with the playoffs from February 13 to 15. It’s a single-elimination bracket, with all matches best-of-five—meaning teams need both skill and endurance to come out on top.

BLAST Slam VI Predictions (February 15 Grand Final) 15-02-2026

3 1

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

Here it is, boys, we’re going to the Grand Finals of BLAST SLAM VI. We’re going with Team Liquid to win, and the reason behind it is pretty simple. Nisha is just unstoppable in this tournament, and even if NAVI has a slightly better late-game execution, I believe that everything will be decided in the mid-lane.

Prediction Correct!

Congratulations to Team Liquid for winning BLAST SLAM VI. It was kind of expected, because Liquid is way more experienced. Nevertheless, we must give some props to NAVI, such a young squad and already in the Grand Finals.

BLAST Slam VI Predictions (February 14 Quarterfinals) 14-02-2026

OG

3 1

Man, this Nisha dude can give us some headaches. But here, I want to go with the young squad (OG). The thing is with Liquid that they have just 1 core (which is the midlaner Nisha). Based on everything that we saw, we must go with OG to win. Good luck next in the DreamLeague Season 28.

Prediction Wrong!

You see, this is what happens when you mix feelings and execution. Liquid won 3-0. Yes, the last game was an absolute bloodbath. OG had a chance of a comeback, but it didn’t happen because they lost so badly early. I want again to point out how good Nisha played all 3 games; it’s unbelievable.

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

3 2

Yandex, even with a stand-in, looks really good on paper. But NAVI is not Heroic; there is a catch in NAVI’s playstyle: they can play from behind. So, if they drag the maps into a sloppy late game, NAVI should be the winner here.

Prediction Correct!

I genuinely want to cry. NA’VI is in the Grand Finals; I can’t believe what is happening. They showed a lot of heart, and even in the third game, where I thought they would lose (against the TB), they still managed to win. Yes, we can argue that Yandex played with a stand-in, but it doesn’t change the fact that Na’Vi is officially a TIER 1 team.

BLAST Slam VI Predictions (February 13 Quarterfinals) 13-02-2026

A tough match, but in a BO5 I will give the edge to Team Liquid. Team Falcons tend to look best when they dictate the pace; if they fall behind, they can look a bit stiff. Going with Team Liquid to win.

Prediction Wrong!

OMG, what a BO5 performance by Team Liquid. Nisha carried the team to that win. We also need to add how lost Falcons looks overall on the map. To me, they will fall behind the meta if they don’t change the playstyle. They need to be more aggressive early, because this heavy farm style doesn’t work anymore.

Team Yandex

1 3

Heroic

We must go with Heroic here; they already won against Yandex in the group stage. Needless to say, they DESTROYED Tundra (who was the favorite to win BLAST SLAM VI). More than that, Team Yandex will play with a stand-in. (Malik will stand in for Noticed.) Going with Heroic to win.

Prediction Wrong!

You have no idea how upset I am at Heroic. WHY would you pick Enigma mid (2 times) for TaiLung? I mean, the guy has exceptional mechanical skills, and they put him on that goddamn Enigma 2 times in a row. I don’t even want to mention Ursa from Yuma. What was that?

What a sad day for me.

BLAST Slam VI Predictions (February 7 Play-In) 07-02-2026

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

2 1

Heroic

An interesting fact is that Tundra already lost to Heroic in the group stage. But, in a BO3, we can’t go against Tundra, especially in a BLAST SLAM (these dudes have 4 trophies). Going with Tundra to win!

Prediction Wrong!

The king is dead… What a match. Man, Heroic just bullied Tundra into a 2-0. TaiLung on his puck in game 2 solo won the game (18-0).

2 O

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

I can’t go with GL just for the simple fact that Liquid had the most DOMINATING game against them. They were absolutely crushed by Liquid. GL has a ton of problems against a team that has an early fighting potential; going with Liquid to win.

Prediction Correct!

I hate to say it, but I told you. Liquid is somehow a kryptonite for GL. I swear to God, every single encounter Liquid stomps GL.

BLAST Slam VI Predictions (February 6 Play-In) 06-02-2026

Today we have probably the most highly skilled Dota in the whole BLAST SLAM VI. Let’s see how the predictions will work today!

Team Yandex

2 O

We’ve already seen this match in the group stage. Yandex won without too many issues. Yes, Spirit bounced back a little bit, but I still favor Yandex to win this match. I am not confident in Mirele’s laning, and I will go with Yandex to win.

Prediction Correct!

Yeah, I believe that Spirit needs a better midlaner. I don’t know; it doesn’t look like an upgrade to me. I always thought maybe the drafts are the problem? But no, the problem is the execution. I hope they can bounce back from this.

2 O

Xtreme Gaming

A tough match to predict. It’s a 50/50 chance. However, in a BO3 I will favor Falcons over Xtreme. I love Ame with all my heart, but I’m going with the Falcons to win.

Prediction Correct!

Is it only me, or does Tiny mid seem a little bit useless? I mean, what can this Tiny do mid- to late-game? He had a refresher and a BKB? Also, Ame… Why would you get a butterfly instead of a Daedalus on a DK?

BLAST Slam VI Predictions (February 6 Last Chance) 06-02-2026

We are going to the Last Chance Last Chance Playoff. At the top of the group stage we have OG and NAVI. Actually, I don’t remember the last time I saw NAVI on top of the group stage in a tier 1 tournament. I am really happy for them. Nevertheless, let’s’s see who is going to win the Last Chance Playoff.

Blast Slam VI Last Chance Playoff
Last Chance PlayOff

Heroic

2 O

REKONIX REKONIX

I am still upset at Heroic from yesterday, but we can’t deny that they are a better team here. It would be a total surprise if REKONIX even takes 1 map from Heroic. Going with them to win.

Prediction Correct!

Absolutely amazing by Heroic! It’s not like it was not expected, but I’m still happy for the boys!

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

1 2

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

This is very hard to predict, but as bad as MOUZ looked the whole tournament, I still think they are a better team in a BO3 series. From the Group Stage, we saw that Gamer Legion chokes under pressure. BUT, there is a big BUT… If Yamsun gets some farm, they will destroy MOUZ. In the end, I’m going with MOUZ just because their YOLO play style is better against composed teams.

Prediction Wrong!

No comment, I am just happy for Yamsun!

BLAST Slam VI Predictions (February 5 Group Stage) 05-02-2026

source: Liquipedia

1 O

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

MOUZ look completely lost right now. Falcons might draft weird, but even with mistakes they should just outskill MOUZ across the map. Unless MOUZ pull some Underlod carry xD

Prediction Correct!

Well, at least we saw a support Huskar from Seleri. MOUZ has this play style: all or nothing. Basically, MidOne and Crystallis have the same playstyle, where they both run for kills. I think they need to change the strategy a little bit. They need to have at least 1 stable farming core.

OG

1 O

Spirit are mentally broken at this point. OG play fearless, high-tempo Dota, and that’s exactly what Spirit struggle against right now.

Prediction Wrong!

Man, OG has a good early game. But when it comes to taking fights and positioning, it’s just awful… Spirit won just purely because of the experience of playing from the back foot.

O 1

Team Yandex

Liquid are cleaner individually, but Yandex feel more structured as a team. If Liquid overplay early, Yandex will punish hard. We basically have early vs mid-game dota. going with Yandex to win.

Prediction Correct!

They need to ban this Ursa for Watson. This is the second time he has just ragdolled the other team. Ban the bear.

Xtreme Gaming

O 1

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

Tough and interesting match at the same time. Here we will go with Tundra, because Ame is a hard carry, but so is Pure~. Going with Tundra to win.

Prediction Correct!

Based on what we’ve seen so far, it looks like only Pure~ can play this Slark carry. Somehow, he manages to do that with a Midas first. Congratulations to Tundra Esports; they look like a strong contender for the BLAST SLAM VI.

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

O 1

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

GL always makes games messy, but NaVi feels more coordinated overall. We need to go with Na’Vi at this point, just for the simple fact that they won against OG yesterday.

Prediction Correct!

I am telling you now. Na’Vi is the best team to play from behind. These guys SOMEHOW always find a way to come back.

Heroic

1 O

REKONIX REKONIX

Heroic should crush this if they play seriously. REKONIX just don’t have the laning or macro to keep up here.

Prediction Correct!

I am starting to really like Tai Lung. I think the move with Whisper back to offlane was the best move that Heroic could do. Now it looks really balanced.

Falcons are better in chaotic games, and Spirit are already struggling mentally. Unless Spirit suddenly fixes drafts, Falcons take this.

Prediction Correct!

It’s hard for Spirit. I don’t want to blame anyone, but they changed Larl to Mirele, and it looks to me that Mirele is an even worse laner than Larl. I mean, the whole point was to get a midlaner that can win lanes; Mirele doesn’t do that.

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

O 1

Team Yandex

Yandex are just on another level compared to MOUZ right now. Unless MOUZ pull out a miracle draft, this should be one-sided.

Prediction Wrong!

That’s exactly what I was saying. If MOUZ snowballs from the beginning, there is no way to stop them. I would honestly call it lucky this time.

OG

1 O

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

Uuuu, this is the game of the day. OG are scary, but Tundra are masters of slowing the game down. If Tundra survives the early chaos, they should outplay OG later. But I believe OG are just better in BO1.

Prediction Correct!

Throw after throw. Honestly, I would’ve expected Tundra to write GG in the first 30 minutes. Lucky win by OG; that 17% bash won them the game.

1 O

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

Liquid are simply better in team fights and late-game decisions. But again, will they ban Storm for RCY? I am leaning towards Liquid here; Nisha is in his prime.

Prediction Correct!

This has got to be the most dominating game in the entire BLAST SLAM VI. Kind of funny that GL was looking really good at the start of the tournament. Liquid made them look like a tier 3 team.

Xtreme Gaming

1 O

REKONIX REKONIX

This shouldn’t be close. Xtreme are way too disciplined and experienced — REKONIX will get rolled if this goes past 15 minutes.

Prediction Correct!

That’s why Razor is so contested in the draft. It looks OP on any core role. Congrats, Xtreme, for the win. REKONIX is the first team out of the BLAST SLAM VI.

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

O 1

Heroic

Heroic looks sharper overall, but NAVI has this annoying ability to drag games forever. And I believe that this is what will happen: Heroic will win the early game, and then they will make a ton of mistakes in the mid-late game. But still, Heroic has a slightly better game-play.

Prediction Correct!

It’s the draft, too many tanky heroes for Heroic. That Clinkz had no burst damage for them. But NAVI still managed to drag the game in late.

O 1

Team Yandex

Falcons have the talent, but Yandex feels more consistent right now. I really love the way Yandex is playing; I will go with them to win.

Prediction Correct!

The same story as Heroic vs NAVI, this Ursa is really hard to kill. Not to mention that Noticed on his Axe was running around beyond Godlike from minute 15.

O 1

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

If Spirit here will draft something normal for once, they have a chance. But man, this is Tundra… We must go with them to win.

Prediction Wrong!

I don’t get it. So, Tundra picks really well against anybody else, but when it comes to Spirit, they got a KEZ carry for Pure. Needless to say, against a DK from Yatoro.

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

O 1

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

GL should win this comfortably. But why do I have this feeling that MOUZ again will pull something stupid out of the hat?

Prediction Correct!

What a throw by MOUZ, Jesus Christ. And what game by Yamsun on his SF? I am really fond of Yamsun’s gameplay, to be honest. GG GL.

OG

1 O

REKONIX REKONIX

OG should stomp this. REKONIX won’t survive OG’s tempo or laning pressure.

Prediction Correct!

Skill diff.

O 1

Heroic

Here I will go with heroic, because they play pretty much the same Dota as Liquid, just better.

Prediction Wrong!

That’s what happens when you are greedy. Heroic thought that they were playing against a farming team; well, surprise → they played against Liquid.

Xtreme Gaming

1 O

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

What to do here? We must go with Xtreme, because both teams play late-game. I have more faith in Ame, to be honest.

Prediction Wrong!

No comment. How do you kill this Huskar? with a heart of tarasque?

1 O

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

I feel like Falcons are a little bit behind in this BLAST SLAM VI. But the way Tundra is throwing lately, we need to go with Falcons.

Prediction Correct!

So, this loss for Tundra is entirely on Pure’s back. I guess BetBoom’s school never leaves your body, if you know what I mean. xD

Team Yandex

1 O

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

Yandex has better structure and cleaner execution. GL might win lanes, but Yandex should control the game.

Prediction Wrong!

WOW, what was that? Man, this Gamer Legion is sooo unpredictable. They beat Yandex at their own game. Again, I need to say that Yamsun is a beast!

1 O

REKONIX REKONIX

Imagine if Spirit loses to REKONIX xD. No, Spirit should win this comfortably.

Prediction Correct!

And comfortably they won. Man, such a bounce back by Spirit; now they are fighting for the top 5-6 in the BASLT SLAM VI. Yesterday, they were almost out of the tournament.

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

O 1

Heroic

Heroic should take this unless they completely grief drafts.

Prediction Wrong!

Unbelievable… Heroic is the team that can beat ANYONE, but when it comes to finishing the game, it looks like someone is hitting them in the head or something. You can’t make this up. How can you lose this? How can you throw this? I am in shock.

I feel like I’m stuck at a 70% win rate. But how can I know that Heroic will throw this way? Unbelievable.

BLAST Slam VI Predictions (February 4 Group Stage) 04-02-2026

Yesterday was green overall, but Bo1s don’t care about logic. Drafts reset, confidence stays. Let’s see who cooks and who grieves today.

Source: Liqupedia

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

1 O

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

After that disaster against OG, I don’t fully trust MOUZ mentally. Tundra should punish mistakes hard if they draft normally.

Prediction Correct!

Yep, as I predicted, Tundra won. O love Pure’s gameplay! The guy looks like Miracle in his prime. Also, props to BZM on his Invoker.

Team Yandex

1 O

Spirit just got speedrun by MOUZ, which is still insane to me. I’ll go with Yandex here — they feel more stable right now.

Prediction Correct!

Well, when the Viper is beyond godlike in 12 min, you have a problem on mid. I feel like Mirele is either too young, or he chokes on the big scene. Spirit is clearly on the decline here.

O 1

Xtreme Gaming

This is a banger, but I trust Xtreme more in clean execution. Ame in Bo1s has been terrifying so far.

Prediction Wrong!

What a fight from XG. Still, it was a 1 vs 2 carry. Malr1ne on Lina went full physical damage and won the game for Falcons.

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

O 1

Liquid looked way better once they stopped griefing drafts. NAVI can win lanes, but Liquid should outplay mid-game.

Prediction Correct!

Officially, Na’Vi is the team that can hold the game as much as they want. Yes, they lost, but man, they showed a lot of fight in them. Again, I need to praise Nisha on Storm; the guy is an absolute beast.

Heroic

O 1

OG

OG look like absolute monsters right now. Heroic are good, but OG’s tempo and creativity are on another level.

Prediction Wrong!

Hop, the hype train is kind of over when you have such a draft. I mean, Naga is not really a fit for a team like OG. They need a tempo hero; at least this is my opinion. It’s kind of hard to make plays with a hero that farms half of the game. Nasumi should’ve picked something high-tempo.

REKONIX REKONIX

O 1

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

If MOUZ don’t tilt, they should win this. But man… after Day 1, I’m not fully confident — still picking MOUZ.

Prediction Wrong!

I knew it. Man, MOUZ is really behind all the teams here. Why do they keep picking this SF for Crystallis? Pick something that doesn’t die in 3 seconds.

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

1 O

Tundra are shaky, but Yandex can be slow to adapt. I’ll lean Tundra purely on structure and late-game calls.

Prediction Correct!

Do you see the difference between a Muerta with Mjolnir? That was one of the reasons why Ame lost yesterday. GG Tundra.

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

O 1

Spirit should be angry after yesterday. I expect a bounce-back game here unless they experiment again. (Like they did with Slark)

Prediction Correct!

That’s what an SF carry looks like. The funny thing is, GL yesterday looked like world beaters, and now they have lost every match until now.

This one’s tough, but Liquid usually deliver against top teams. If Falcons drafts weird again, Liquid will punish.

Prediction Correct!

Wow…what a game. This was probably one of the highest-skill Dota games in the Blast Slam VI. Liquid managed to win based on an unkillable Bristleback and a full-items Lesh. I need to take another jab at Skiter, if he would’ve farmed a little bit earlier, I am convinced that Falcons would’ve won.

Xtreme Gaming

1 O

OG

OG are hot, but Xtreme are insanely disciplined. I trust Xtreme to survive the chaos and outplay in fights. We need to stop this hype train.

Prediction Correct!

Again, why would you pick this QoP carry? Yandex also tried it; it doesn’t work. The only reason I predicted Xtreme is because they are a team that is hard to push early, and I was right. Ame will outfarm you and win the game.

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

1 O

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

NAVI keep winning games they shouldn’t. Still, I’ll go with NAVI — MOUZ feel mentally unstable right now.

Prediction Correct!

Domination from start to finish. All 3 lanes lost by MOUZ, and they are eliminated from BLAST SLAM VI.

Heroic

O 1

Spirit are still the better team on paper. Heroic can cheese, but Spirit should handle this if they respect drafts.

Prediction Wrong!

Man, it is just sad to watch. Yatoro is 1v9 here. Once he’s dead, the game is lost. Something needs to change in Spirit. We must give props to TaiLung; the guy is 16 years old, and he plays like a maniac.

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

O 1

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

GL already proved they can beat big names. If Tundra draft greedy again, GL can absolutely run them over. But still picking Tundra to win.

Prediction Correct!

Just for the record, Tundra Esports has 4 BLAST SLAM trophies in a row. What are the chances that they will get this trophy as well? The way they are playing, I think they might get another one. 🙂

REKONIX REKONIX

O 1

Yandex should control this game from minute one. REKONIX throwing late feels inevitable at this point.

Prediction Correct!

No lads, the skill gap is just too big. Yandex has a lot more experience, and they just ragdolled REKONIX. They keep picking this morph, which just feeds on lane.

O 1

OG

This is spicy. OG are insane right now, Falcons thrive in high-pressure games — but slight edge to OG.

Prediction Correct!

First of all, congrats to OG. That’s the kind of draft they need, a hard carry for Natsumi. Falcons…why do they keep picking this useless DK for Skiter?

1 O

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

Liquid are just better in every role matchup. Unless MOUZ pull out something crazy, Liquid should win.

Prediction Wrong!

So, you want to say that team, which just beat the Falcons in one of the best games in Blast Slam VI just lost to MOUZ in the most spectacular way? Not only that, but they lost to an Underlord CARRY!!! from Crystallis!

Xtreme Gaming

1 O

I trust Xtreme more right now, especially after Spirit’s weird Slark experiments. Xtreme take this.

Prediction Correct!

Spirit is just bad in this tournament. I don’t really understand why. So, they even tried to get Collapse a carry (Razor), and still it doesn’t work. Maybe the problem is in the supports?

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

O 1

Honestly, this smells like another NAVI miracle run. Still, I’ll pick Yandex — they should be better.

Prediction Correct!

What a game by Watson on Ursa—flawless! (18-0), domination from start to finish.

Heroic

1 O

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

Heroic look dangerous when drafts go their way. Tundra are solid, but I’ll gamble on Heroic here.

Prediction Correct!

Wow…at some point I thought that it was over for Tundra. But man, what a comeback…. Imagine that they won against 3 extremely farmed cores (Beast, Abaddon, and Ember) with a Clinkz and Invoker. I think Tundra has a chance to win this Blast as well.

REKONIX REKONIX

O 1

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

GL have better coordination and clearer ideas. REKONIX might scrap, but GL should close it.

Prediction Correct!

Man, I almost feel sad for REKONIX…..qualified for a Tier 1 tournament and GamerLegion are beating them 15 – 0 in 13 minutes….

O 1

Xtreme Gaming

Very close, but Xtreme feel more consistent right now. Ame difference again.

Prediction Wrong!

So, you want to say that team, which just beat the Falcons in one of the best games in Blast Slam VI just lost to MOUZ in the most spectacular way? Not only that, but they lost to an Underlord CARRY!!! from Crystallis!

OG

1 O

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

OG are on a roll and playing fearless Dota. NAVI won’t roll over, but OG should take this.

Prediction Wrong!

A full item SF is scary. But I need to give props to OG as well; Natsumi bought a Rapier without Satanic and Aghs, and they won the team fight. GG Na’Vi.

Final score: 15–7(Accuracy: 68.2%). Solid, but man, Bo1 Dota is different. I have the exact same result as yesterday.

BLAST Slam VI Predictions (February 3)

1 O

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

Falcons are just on a different level right now: cleaner lanes, better mid-game calls, and way more discipline. In a Bo1 anything can happen, but I still see Falcons taking this comfortably.

Prediction Wrong!

Mhmm, so either the Falcons are testing some strats, or they play this badly. I mean, you can’t tell me that you are still picking Abaddon carry in 2026 against a Viper.

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

1 O

REKONIX REKONIX

This should be pretty one-sided. Tundra’s structure and drafting are miles ahead, and unless REKONIX pulls out something completely wild, I expect Tundra to close this out without much trouble.

Prediction Correct!

What a game… Tundra BARELY won. I think I misjudged a little bit InYourDream. Tundra won purely because Slark was full of items.

Team Yandex

1 O

Heroic

Yandex just looks way more polished in these fast formats. Heroic can scrap, but I trust Yandex to control the pace and close it out. More than that, in The FISSURE Universe: Episode 8, they also played exceptionally well. Going with Yandex to win.

Prediction Wrong!

Well, Heroic did scrap. Picked a Meepo and just destroyed Yandex team play. Man, it is just so hard to think about these things. Who in the world would think that in the first game, Heroic will get a Meepo for Yuma?

1 O

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

Spirit is the better team overall, but this smells like a messy Bo1. Still, I’ll side with Spirit—their late-game decision-making should save them.

Prediction Correct!

Bold move by Niku taking that IO mid, but still Yatoro destroyed Na’Vi.

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

O 1

Xtreme Gaming

I’m high on MOUZ right now, especially in early fights and tempo drafts. But man, they let me down in the Fissure Universe 8. So, I believe that Xtreme is a better team overall.

Prediction Correct!

A good game to watch, but as I told you, Ame is just too good, guys. You can’t counter that weaver with a Razor. Xtreme looks sharp here in the Blast Slam.

OG

1 O

This matchup feels unpredictable, but OG really shine in chaotic best-of-one games. Liquid is solid, no doubt, but OG’s creativity and playmaking could give them the upper hand here.

Prediction Correct!

Wow, OG absolutely bullied Liquid on the map. Actually, when I saw Huskar Pick and WR for Liquid, I thought, “That’s it, OG is going to lose.” But man, Natsumi just dismantled Team Liquid here.

1 O

REKONIX REKONIX

Falcons should ragdoll this if they play standard. Massive skill and structure gap—anything else would be shocking.

Prediction Correct!

Falcons won, but it’s still strange how they lost to GamerLegion. In any way, Malr1ne on his Primal Beast dismantled the enemy.

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

O 1

Heroic

Heroic are simply the more proven squad. Gamer Legion can punch back early, but Heroic should stabilize and win. And I need to mention this new kid TaiLung from Heroic. It gives SumaiL vibes.

Prediction Wrong!

They need to ban that Storm for RCY. This is the second time where he just hunts the supports on the map. Just ban this goddamn Storm.

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

1 O

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

Tundra’s discipline versus NAVI’s unpredictability. I still favor Tundra—they’re better at not throwing these kinds of games.

Prediction Wrong!

AHHAHAHAHA, Tundra just lost to NA’VI. They picked a Slark against an SF. I think they actually lost because of the draft. Anyway, I am really happy that Na’Vi is somehow still winning.

Team Yandex

1 O

Xtreme Gaming

Yandex looks much sharper in execution and team teamfights. Xtreme might keep it close early, but I expect Yandex to outscale. Even though I watched the Chinese qualifier, Xtreme is good, but I still think Yandex is a better team.

Prediction Correct!

Razor is OP? Also, I think the building for Muerta is kind of wrong. If you don’t build Mjolnir, you just lose a lot of farm.

This is close, Spirit’s experience in tight games gives them a slight edge. And they already played against Spirit like 2 days ago in the Fissure Universe 8. (and lost to Spirit). However, I will go with Liquid here, I believe that in BO1, they are better.

Prediction Correct!

Mystic Greg is back. After Liquid was destroyed by OG, I started to doubt it, but they managed to win. So, the key is: pick a carry mid for Nsiha.

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

O 1

OG

OG are just cleaner right now. MOUZ can always surprise, but OG should win them. I mean, if they play the same exact strats as they usually do, I don’t see a chance for MOUZ. OG for the win.

Prediction Correct!

Officially, I’m in love with OG’s gameplay! What is that? Since when do they play this well???? Natsumi running around beyond godlike, Yopaj- stomping the midlane, just beautiful Dota!

1 O

Heroic

A hard decision, to be honest. Falcons are ruthless when they get momentum. Heroic won’t roll over, but Falcons should dictate the game from start to finish. Let’s go with the Falcons.

Prediction Correct!

I would say that Heroic lost slightly because of the experience. Actually they were ahead for most of the game. It was kind of 2 vs 2 cores scenario. But Papa Sven is Papa Sven.

REKONIX REKONIX

O 1

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

NAVI have way more firepower and laning strength. Unless REKONIX pull out a cheese draft, this should go NAVI’s way.

Prediction Correct!

How can you lose this game? 🙂 Man, what a throw by REKONIX. I can’t believe that Na’VI won. After they lost the first set of racks, I thought, “This is it.” Good job, NAVI!

Gamers LegionGamer Legion

O 1

Xtreme Gaming

I like Xtreme Gaming here—better coordination and clearer win conditions. GL feels a bit lost in these fast games.

Prediction Correct!

Clincz is still OP. I was nervous because GL already beat Falcons and Heroic. I’m going to add my 5 cents here. Do you see what happens if you ban that Storm Spirit for RCY?

Tundra Dota2Tundra Esports

1 O

This one’s tight, but Tundra’s flexibility in draft gives them an edge. Liquid are solid, just slightly less explosive.

Prediction Correct!

Pure is on fire, guys, I’m telling you now—he is the most aggressive carry in the pro-Dota. This dude was playing like garbage in BetBoom, and now look at him. I’m very happy that he changed the teams!

Team Yandex

O 1

OG

Yandex should bully OG in the mid-game. Yandex creativity helps, but if it goes to near late-game, OG takes it. Let’s go with OG on this one.

Prediction Correct!

What am I watching, guys? Who are these guys? Why are they so good? Mars mid, Void support, non-stop rotations. Insane gameplay by OG: fight IQ → check, objectives → check, team fight → check. Absolute Monsters!

1 O

Mouz dota2 team MOUZ

I believe that Spirit will demoralize MOUZ on the map.

Prediction Wrong!

WTF was that? This is a record GG by Team Spirit. They lost in 15 minutes. I hope they can bounce back from this. I guess they wanted to test the Slark carry (like Pure does), but it didn’t work.

NAVI Dota2 teamNA`VI

Falcons are the better team across every phase of the game. NAVI can fight, but Falcons should close this cleanly.

Prediction Wrong!

No comment, just look at that DK from Skiter.

Xtreme Gaming

We must go with Xtreme here. Xtreme can drag this game into the ultra-late, where Ame outfarms the whole team.

Prediction Correct!

What a smart move by XXS. Do you realize that Xtreme won the unwinnable game? I feel like you won’t come back after this, to be honest. I am still in shock. You need to watch this game!

Liquid should take this without too much trouble. Massive experience gap, especially in mid-game calls.

Prediction Correct!

Don’t give this Viper to Nisha. It is hard to play against a hero that runs you on the map.

OG

OG in Bo1s are always dangerous, going with them to win.

Prediction Correct!

OG is 4-0 in the Group Stage. They play exceptionally well; I still can’t believe how prepared they are in this Blast Slam 6.

Alright… that was a ride.

Final score: 15 correct – 7 wrong. (Accuracy: 68.2%)
Not perfect, but still solid in a brutal Bo1 format where drafts are pure roulette.

What went right:

  • OG are absolute psychos right now. Drafts, tempo, confidence—everything clicks. Betting for OG feels illegal at this point.
  • Xtreme Gaming late-game = inevitable. Ame farming, XXS brain diff, unwinnable games suddenly winnable.
  • Spirit, Liquid, and Tundra mostly did what they were supposed to… until drafts happened.

What went wrong:

  • Falcons… man. Either cooking too hard or straight-up griefing. Abaddon carry, DK incidents — no further questions.
