Dota2 predictions ESL One Raleigh 2025 group stage Day 1

Welcome back to another Dota2 prediction! Today, I will make Dota2 predictions for ESL One Raleigh 2025 group stage Day 1. Day 1 of the tournament will take place on April 7, 2025.During this stage, two single round-robin groups of eight teams each will compete. Each team will play against every other team in its group once. The matches in this stage will determine which teams advance to the next round. Dota2 predictions are working, I cannot wait for the group stage to start and watch some DOTA. And remember, lads, ALWAYS watch the draft. Let’s move the predictions.

Predictions (PARIVISION vs Team Spirit)

What an introduction to ESL One. 2 of the best teams are the starters of the tournament. To me, I think they will split the maps. Yes, there is a chance that Spirit wipes them in both games, but still, I can’t go that route.

Predictions (Nigma Galaxy vs Shopify Rebellion)

So, Nigma is back, boys? I think SR is a very good team but still, Nigma plays too fast and this greedy squad will pay for this kind of gameplay. Here is an easy 2:0 for Nigma

Predictions (Team Liquid vs Talon Esports)

Our 1:1 kings are back. When we have a round-robin group stage, they ALWAYS throw 1 game, especially in the first 2 days. I will add a draw here, because Talon is no joke and I think their chaos can break Team Liquid.

Predictions (Team Spirit vs Team Liquid)

Never bet against Team Spirit when they play against Team Liquid. I can smell a 2:0 from here.

Predictions (Shopify Rebellion vs PARIVISION)

I don’t believe Shopify can do anything against Parivision, to be honest. They are way better, and I see them losing 2:0.

Predictions (Nigma Galaxy vs Talon Esports)

We have 2 underdogs here. On one hand, we have Nigma who is playing really well (even without Miracle-) on the other hand, we have a chaotic play-style Talon who can win maps. I will not risk and put a draw here.

Predictions (Tundra Esports vs Team Falcons)

I believe that Tundra will win 1 map and Falcons 1 map. I will tell you why: Even tho Quinn is playing as a stand-in, I believe the Falcons are very organized – meaning that Tundra can’t push in 20 minutes like they do against greedy teams.

Predictions (BetBoom Team vs Team Tidebound)

Mark my words, there will be a throw from BetBoom team. They just can’t help themselves and throw 1 game. Yes, BB are stronger but I see a big throw and Tidebound will get a map from BB.

Predictions (Heroic vs AVULUS)

I expect Heroic to wipe the floor with AVULUS.

Predictions (Falcons vs BetBoom Team)

As much as I love BB team, I beg you DO NOT THROW. To me, it is an easy win for BB.

Predictions (Heroic vs Team Tidebound)

Tidebound is waaaay better than Heroic in my book. If Heroic can do some upset, I will be happy. However, I don’t see how Heroic can take at least one map. 2:0 for Tidebound Team.

Predictions (AVULUS vs Tundra Esports)

Do you even need explanations here? Tundra will win 2:0 easily.
